Hollywood Rugs Inc. offers you a 7 day trial period on receipt of every rug you buy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you may return it and we Guarantee, so once your return is completed we will refund you 100% of your money. In case of replacement there is a 30 day guarantee. For all rugs over $800, we will pick up the rug that you want to return and ship you the new rug free of charge. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other country, please call for charges.
All purchases from USA will not be charged any Duty or Taxes, no Custom Fee and no Broker Fee, we cover them all.
All of our rugs shipped via UPS or ground courier. Orders should arrive approximately 7 to 21 days depending on your geographical location.
No pick-up available. We will notify you if there is any problem to ship to your area.

The price you Buy Now or your Best Offer we accept are already priced to your door. All purchases from Canada will be charged the relevant Provincial and Federal sales taxes of 12% for British Columbia. Federal taxes outside of BC are 5%.
